The Dove Service – Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update to Clients

ℹ️ IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR EXISTING CLIENTS

We know that the current Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak is causing an increased amount of anxiety and fear and want our clients to continue to receive the support they need from us.

However, please appreciate that we do have to balance our commitment to our clients against our commitment to our staff. With that in mind, we are now working to move all our clients to telephone counselling, where possible. Your counsellor will be in touch with you to discuss your options available.

Please do bear with us and you will be contacted shortly.

ℹ️ IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR CLIENTS CURRENTLY ON OUR WAITING LIST

Please note that we are continuing to offer counselling support to those on our waiting list, however at present we are concentrating on managing our current clients and moving them over to telephone sessions.

Please be aware that you will be contacted when we have available sessions, however we are looking to offer telephone counselling in the first instance. We will have a limited amount of face to face counselling available, however please do bear in mind that we will be unable to see anyone face to face who is considered vulnerable, or who is the carer/potential carer of a vulnerable person.

You can also call the service during our opening hours (Mon-Fri) if you need to talk, we will have someone in the office who can take your call on 01782 683155
